Free Dopamine Menu Generator: Build, Print and Save Your Menu

Make a personal activity menu before you need to choose a break. Add your own appetizers, mains, sides and desserts, then generate a clean preview to print or download. No account or purchase is needed.

Build your personal dopamine menu

Write activities you enjoy, one per line. Include a time or a stopping point. Use the example as a starting point, then make it yours.

Up to 12 activities per category, 180 characters per activity. Empty categories are allowed; add at least one activity overall. The preview keeps your order. Each line is an activity, so use commas within a line.

Your entries are used in this page and are not saved between visits. Download before closing or refreshing. This generator does not send your entries to a menu-generation service. See the site privacy policy for wider website practices.

This is a personal planning aid, not a dopamine measurement, diagnosis or ADHD treatment. Choose activities that fit your health, access, budget and surroundings. Time limits are your choices; the tool has no alarms.

How to use the dopamine menu generator

Start with two or three activities you already enjoy. Write one activity on each line, with its realistic time and stopping point. Select Generate my menu, check the preview, then open the printable menu or download the text file. The printable tab has a Print or save as PDF button. Your browser controls PDF export.

Appetizers are short breaks. Mains are longer activities. Sides accompany something you are already doing. Desserts are enjoyable activities for which you want an intentional stopping point. These are flexible planning categories, not scientific classifications.

Make a small menu that fits today

Include setup, cleanup and the time needed to return to the next activity. A 10-minute video may not fit a 10-minute break if you still need to find it and put the phone away. The suggestion button picks randomly from your entries; it does not judge suitability or create new activities.

Examples, access and limits

A seated stretch, quiet drawing session or call with a friend may suit different people and situations. Replace any example that does not fit your mobility, sensory preferences, health or budget. Food, water, sleep and prescribed care do not have to be earned through productivity.

This tool does not measure dopamine or assess ADHD. It is a personal planning aid, with no alarms, clinical recommendations or promise of improved symptoms. Read how to build a dopamine menu for worked examples, a plain template and a weekly review method.

Keep a copy and plan your return

Entries stay in this page and are not saved between visits. Editing any field clears the old preview so that you cannot export an outdated menu. Download before closing or refreshing. For wider website practices, see the privacy policy.

Use the time blindness calculator when you need a backward plan for leaving on time. If the next task feels hard to start, try the small-steps task guide. You can keep your menu in a notebook you already have or compare the optional PDFs in the planner shop.
